“We played Miami tennis today. I’m proud of how these ladies finished out the regular season,” Miami head coach Paige Yaroshuk-Tews said. “We were really doing some good things on a lot of courts, so it was fun. I’m excited to get home and have a few days to get focused on our next step.”

Sophomore Dominika Paterova and freshman Ulyana Shirokova, ranked No. 85, got Miami off to a strong start in doubles by posting a 6-2 victory over Ally Bojczuk and Rachel Chong.

The No. 81-ranked pair of senior Sinead Lohan and junior Ana Madcur clinched the doubles point for the Hurricanes by downing Allison Miller and Bess Waldram, 6-4.
