High School: Four-year starter, who connected on 19-of-23 field goal attempts as junior in 2006, with long of 48 yards … As senior in 2007, was 9-of-11 with long of 52 yards before breaking kicking foot while making tackle … 19 field goals in 2006 set state record … Set Illinois high school record for most career field goals (48) and was just two field goals shy of national record … Played receiver, notched team-leading 35 receptions for 485 yards and three touchdowns in 2007 … Coached by Rob Glielmi … Selected to PrepStar All-Midwest Region team and named second-team EA Sports All-America.
