CAREER: Backup defensive lineman who can play both end and tackle and is a valuable reserve player…Small but impressive player on the 2003 scout team who saw his first playing time in 2004…In three seasons, has played in 28 games…Has career totals of 17 tackles (nine solo), one tackle for loss, a half sack and a forced fumble…Has exceptional quickness and strong hands…Criminology major.

 

2006 (JUNIOR): Reserve defensive end who played in all 13 games, making one start…Registered five tackles for the season…Also played as a blocker on the placekicking team…Played as a reserve end for the first three games, then made the first start of his collegiate career vs. Houston, making two tackles…Made one tackle vs. North Carolina and an assist vs. FIU when he saw action on 17 downs…Played only on special teams at Duke and Maryland, and saw reserve playing time vs. Virginia Tech, Virginia and Boston College…Finished the season playing on special teams in the MPC Computers Bowl vs. Nevada.

 

2005 (SOPHOMORE): Reserve defensive lineman who saw action in 10 games, making seven tackles (four solo) and one forced fumble…Played in the rotation of defensive end most of the season…Made one solo tackle at Florida State, one assist vs. South Florida, one solo stop vs. Duke, one tackle at Temple, one assisted tackle and a forced fumble of Marcus Vick in the upset win over Virginia Tech, and two tackles at Wake Forest…Missed the Georgia Tech and Virginia and games.

 

2004 (FRESHMAN): Played in five games (Louisiana Tech, Georgia Tech, North Carolina State, Wake Forest and Florida)…Missed the Louisville game with a knee injury…Made one tackle vs. Louisiana Tech, two tackles at Georgia Tech, one tackle for loss and a half sack at N.C. State, and one tackle vs. Wake Forest.

 

2003 (REDSHIRT): Spent the season on the scout team while taking a redshirt season.
